When i had a health class i had to do this diet and weight thing and most women ask do you got abs and how much do you bench.I dont understand why they ask it.No one ever asked me i meant women how much my arm measure or how much i deadlift.Why is that.My arms are bigger than average i think about 16 inches.

cuz women find abs sexy and benching as the main exercise idk everyones like how much u bench that being the determination if they are stronger or not …just how society is

Abs are visually pleasing, but I also like a guy’s arms and chest. I would rather see a guy with muscular arms and chest than a guy with just muscular abs and not much else.
